Workout Blast at Home is a full body weight workout in 30 minutes. Bringing you efficiency, intensity with no material and in a short amount of time!
Workout Blast is targeting not only cardio & strength training but also notions of coordination, balance, space awareness to develop a more optimal physical and mental condition.
